I never leave the house without makeup. Never. I consider it my warpaint. I’ve been with people for years before I let them see me bare-faced. It’s my security blanket. But, for some reason, I don’t care much about that anymore. I figure vanity has a limited shelf life, so I may as well kick it before I end up really disappointing myself. I don’t call this letting myself go, by any means. I consider it an exercise in loving myself and I wanted to share it. And ya know what? I think I’m an OK gal.
